Good service, but needs a refresh

So, I stayed here for a night and honestly, the staff were super friendly, especially the manager who helped with an early check-in. But, the room was kinda rough around the edges. The toilet seat in 321 was burned and the whole place had a stale smell. Total bummer. Breakfast options were decent, though!

This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience!

clean rooms, convenient location, equipped kitchen

The bathroom could use some serious updates, the soundproofing is nearly non-existent. I could hear every little noise outside my room!!! Suggest better management of noise levels and address room maintenance promptly!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family. The kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals easily. The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips. It was a convenient place for us.

the extended stay was in a great location, super close to carowinds and a grocery store. both my rooms were clean and well maintained. i really appreciated the friendly service from the general manager who checked me in. also, they have nice complimentary internet access that was a big help.

The common areas were bright and welcoming, with easy access for seniors. I particularly appreciated the well-maintained laundry facilities. they were very convenient for keeping our clothes fresh during our extended stay.

the hotel was conveniently close to the beautiful McMullen Creek Greenway, perfect for scenic walks, and I enjoyed delicious meals at Sabor Latin Street Grill just a few steps away, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The room was a bit of a mess. The first one had a clogged toilet, and the second one? The bed felt wet, too. The TV remotes were a hassle—only the third one worked. Plus, we had to get new keys every day, which was super annoying. The shower was tricky and the remote stopped working again. Not a great experience overall.

The Extended Stay had its ups and downs for my stay. The location was fantastic, super close to Carowinds and grocery stores, making it very convenient. I found my room, a Queen Studio Non-Smoking, to be clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially the general manager, offered friendly service and checked me in smoothly. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, which were big pluses for me. However, the breakfast situation was unclear. I wasn't informed about it upon arrival. Also, some aspects of the room needed attention, like better cleaning in certain areas. The HVAC system made some noise that was a bit annoying. While certain things could use some improvement, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I appreciated the friendly service from the general manager, who clearly valued customer care. Other guests mentioned the breakfast choices, but with a kitchen in the room, I found it easy to prepare meals myself.

The power outage was an inconvenience that could have been handled better by having a master switch on hand.
